Pamexpol Environmental Policy
As a manufacturer of steel components, we understand how important environmental protection is. We are committed to minimizing the impact of our operations on the natural environment. We achieve this by implementing circular economy principles and optimizing our production processes.
Our environmental goals
- Waste minimization: We sort and process steel waste, reducing its amount through precise machining and welding.
- Energy efficiency: We systematically monitor energy consumption in steel processing operations and gradually modernize our machinery by selecting equipment with lower power consumption. Through machine setting optimization and reducing idle operation, we minimize energy losses and lower production-related emissions.
- Sustainable resource management: We reduce the consumption of water and primary raw materials.
- We reduce noise and vibrations generated by production machines through the use of modern damping technologies and regular technical inspections.
Pamexpol social involvement
Pamexpol has been actively involved in the local community for years, supporting sports initiatives, safety, and social integration. Our activities align with the social pillar of our ESG sustainable development strategy, building trust and solidarity with our surroundings.
We sponsor the KSSPR Końskie handball team, the Volunteer Fire Department in Ruda Maleniecka, and the Polish Association of the Blind in Końskie. Through these partnerships, we contribute to the development of local sports, strengthen community safety, and support the integration of people with disabilities.
